Carefully designed the DC and AC sides, sized 2 miles of transmission line, and specified all electrical products, done all electrical engineering studies and specs which passed utility and AHJ approvals with ease.
Tasked with re-designing a PG&E qualified protective relay scheme and passed all PG&E qualifications for a medium voltage tap including 3rd party and witness testing.

Added 1.12 Mega Watts to an existing 1.11 Mega Watts system to a large wine process facility. Passed all design and product selections 1st time vs. both utility (PG&E) and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction).
Done all electrical and related engineering studies including submittals for PG&E's protective and controls strict criteria. Total system design AC/DC.
System tie-in was done during operation, answered all questions and designed accordingly to be sure the client remains in operation at all times.
Supplied our KarritTech PG&E qualified product for protective relay coordination with PG&E, our product passed a 3rd party test and PG&E's witness test the first time on site. We were there during both tests and we made sure all controls and power equipment were installed carefully !

Designed both AC, DC electrical packages, system interconnects with the facility medium voltage and high voltage infrastructure. Design was submitted to PG&E for a detailed system impact study, results came back with no major upgrades to infrastructure and minimum PG&E requirements on protection and control relaying at the transmission line saving the client a large sum of cost and time.
We laid out the design carefully for system reliability and cost.
We planned the site carefully for many years of full production capacity.

Done the AC/DC designs and made sure the layout, cable runs, routes, system efficiency was all done right to last a long time on a roof.
We don't only do the main electrical single line, studies, specs, BOMs, we also dig in the details, each module is strategically tied in to the right string/combiner/inverter/AC panels for optimum production, and this site is an example, no one likes a warranty call ! Careful engineering goes a long way.
